PROJECT ACCELERATOR: KA1 LEARNING MOBILITY OF INDIVIDUALS

The training program is customized for participants who will be taking on responsibilities as coordinators or partner institutions in Erasmus+ Key Action 1 projects. It will provide participants with hands-on expertise, established protocols, and carefully designed approaches, enabling them to effectively manage and lead successful implementations of KA1 projects.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Effective communication is the base for success in both personal and professional spheres of life. Our comprehensive training on communication skills is designed to equip you with the tools and techniques necessary to communicate confidently, clearly, and persuasively in any situation.

DIGITAL STORYTELLING AND FILMING

The training provides an in-depth understanding of how to create compelling narratives utilizing multimedia tools. This course will also equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage filmmaking and graphic design as potent tools for giving people a voice and driving positive change.

A BUSINESS WITH A MISSION

Training on social entrepreneurship aims to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to create and sustain businesses that address social and environmental challenges while also achieving financial sustainability.

PUPPETS FOR SELF-EXPRESSION

The training is focused on using puppetry, theatre methods and psychodrama-related techniques as a tool for inclusion of adults and young people. It is also focused on the needs of disadvantaged adult learners for developing of social and civic competences.

BURN-OUT, MUTUAL SUPPORT AND RE-BALANCE

The main goal of the training is the participants to get aware of the burn-out signs and be able to identify the symptoms in themselves and in their colleagues, how to overcome burn-out and how to work in the process of prevention.

CAREER COUNSELING AT SCHOOL

In working with young people and adolescents, the role of the teacher and trainer as a career counselor is to facilitate and support them in identifying the knowledge and skills they have acquired so far.
