• Recognize the conflict management process (stop and think; redirect the conflict; investigate; find solutions) and its styles (avoiding, collaborating, compromising, accommodating, competing);
• Select the best conflict resolution skills (empathy, mediation, assertiveness, active listening, facilitation, etc.);
