On 10th and 11th of April the partners of DECENT have met for their fifth transnational meeting in Palermo, Italy. The meeting has represented an opportunity of discussion, among other things, on the work done so fare, the results achieved and obstacles encountered, and on the way forward in the last months of project implementation.
In particular, the partners have concentrate their exchanges on the contents of DECENT’S eTool, a digital tool which will include 6 complementary modules, rich with interactive exercises and interesting ideas on practical topics such as writing a cover letter and CV, learning how to recognize misleading offers and advertising, effective online communication, etc. The modules will be piloted with adult educators and learners in Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Poland and Spain and made available online as a valuable contribution to the fight against functional illiteracy!
After the Palermo meeting, the partners are ready and enthusiastic to keep up the good work and continue working towards the successful implementation of DECENT.
The DECENT partnership will soon finalize the IO2 eTool contents and conduct local workshops with adult educators and adult learners in order to pilot test the output and get feedbacks from its direct recipients.
The next and final partners’ meeting will be held in Valencia, Spain, in July 2019.
