The kick off meeting took place at the 119 Secondary School “Academician Mihail Arnaudov” (Sofia, Bulgaria) from 22 to 23 October 2018. The project has been introduced by Rumyana Shalamanova, career counselling expert and a chairwoman of Know and Can (one of the project partners).

During the kick off meeting, the partners expressed their intention to develop an integrated methodology for professional guidance in schools. This methodology will include a bag of tricks of advices on how to work with different target groups of pupils aged 12-14, 14-16, 16-18. The methodology will be elaborated in English and translated into 6 different languages.
The next meeting will take place on 13-14 May 2019 at the Olympic Training & Consulting (Pyrgos, Greece), an organization active in career counselling and vocational training, operating in various fields of activity: education, economics and management, tourism, agriculture etc.
