LeadHER: Teaching Framework for boosting ICT literacy and jobs for girls in basic and secondary education

The project aims to address the gender gap in ICT literacy and careers through gender-responsive education and policymaking. Targeting Bulgaria, Portugal, and Spain, it will be implemented over two school years.

The main expected reulst are:

- Global Research Report “Bridging the Gender Gap in ICT: Insights and Strategies for Inclusive Education”;

- LeadHER Beta: ICT Gender Balance Teaching Framework;

- LeadHER: ICT Gender Balance Teaching Framework;
- Policy recommendations;

LeadHER's primary goal is to address barriers that prevent girls from pursuing ICT studies and careers, aiming to create a sustainable impact on gender equality in the sector. This includes enhancing girls' exposure to ICT through tailored pedagogy and resources, fostering their interest, and dismantling stereotypes.
